Welcome to your So You Think You Can Dance 2011 music guide. Each week Too Much To Tivo will bring you a list of the songs heard on the show. If there are any missing, feel free to leave a comment below.

There were some great songs featured into last night’s episode, even if the choreography itself fell flat.

Jess and Clarice did a lyrical hip hop routine to “Just the Way You Are.” But what was interesting is choreographer Christopher Scott didn’t use the Bruno Mar’s pop version of the song, instead chosing a slower version from Boyce Avenue, an acoustic rock band.

Rent, my favorite musical of all time, found a place in the Broadway routine performed by Jordan and Tadd, and Ryan and Ricky danced a cha cha cha to Enrique Iglesias.

There was a blast from the past with Frank Sinatra’s “All I Need is The Girl,” Aretha Franklin’s “That’s Life,” and Janis Joplin’s “Piece of My Heart.”
